Causes why your Xbox One is unable to connect to wifi
There are a number of possible reasons why an Xbox One console may not be connect to a wireless network or wifi. We discuss each of these reasons briefly below.
Wifi network is hidden or out-of-range.

By default, a wireless router is designed to broadcast the network name every few seconds to allow other devices to discover it. If your wifi administrator intentionally sets the network to be hidden, this may be the reason why your console is not detecting it.
